Healthy Brownie Muffins

Recipe

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Cooking time - 15 minutes

Serves - makes 6 muffins

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup AP flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

4 tbsp date syrup / maple syrup

4 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp coffee powder

1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4th cup milk

chocolate chips A/R

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Cº

  2. In a large bowl mash two large ripe bananas.

  3. Add the date syrup, peanut butter and coffee powder.

  4. Add the AP flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir to combine and gradually add milk while mixing.

  5. Fill â…” of the mould with the batter, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream or as is!!
