Irish Cream Liqueur

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Ingredients
150ml double / heavy cream
50ml evaporated milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
25ml espresso
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest
ice
Method
Put all the ingredients in a large cocktail shaker or jug with a generous handful of ice.
If using a shaker, shake well until the outside feels cold, then double strain into tumblers. If using a jug, stir well until combined.
Assembly
Sprinkle cinnamon powder or orange zest, on the liqueur.
Serve in a chilled glass.
Chef’s tips
Add 75ml whiskey for that extra kick.
You can make this 1 hour before serving and keep it to chill in the fridge.
